Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support its property maintenance team. The role includes routine and preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and onsite grounds care under supervision.

You will interact with residents and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep the community safe and welcoming. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards, Fair Housing Laws, and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to perform on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Community Maintenance: perform daily maintenance of grounds, units, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management work requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain swimming pool area and chemical logs as required.
• Inspect and address hazards in grounds, buildings, and community features.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in safety and maintenance priorities.
