Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations across our communities. You will support corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to align with property objectives.

Daily duties include grounds and building upkeep, responding to work orders, and maintaining safety and OSHA standards while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; perform regular on-site tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect property daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Assist in preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Support on-call emergency response at the community.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Enforce community policies as directed by supervisors.
