Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Porter to assist in executing maintenance tasks across the property under supervision. This on-site role covers routine and cosmetic work, grounds keeping, and quick response to resident requests to uphold community standards.

Expect to participate in on-call emergencies and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure safety and cleanliness across all areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready processes under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas and respond to work orders promptly.
• Support safety programs and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
