Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dependable Porter to support on-site maintenance at our multi-family communities. You will perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, assist with make-ready units, and help keep grounds clean under supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, familiarity with OSHA and Fair Housing laws, and regular onsite attendance. Strong customer service and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out routine, corrective, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Support make-ready process for units and common areas under supervision.
• Perform daily grounds cleaning, trash removal, and general property upkeep.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Report observed policy violations to supervisors.
