Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in daily maintenance across our communities. You will support make-ready tasks, address resident requests, and help uphold safety standards on-site in a fast-growing property management environment.

Daily duties include grounds care, pool area maintenance, and responding to work orders under supervision. This role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance activities across the property daily.
• Perform make-ready tasks and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Clean, attend to grounds, and support resident services.
• Respond to work orders promptly and maintain safety.
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and chemical logs.
• Inspect property for hazards and report issues.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Support in projects and upkeep of equipment.
