Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in the maintenance of our community properties. The role includes handling routine and cosmetic maintenance, supporting make-ready tasks, and ensuring timely responses to resident requests under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site attendance and potential on-call shifts are part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the property’s maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready processes aligned with the property’s objectives under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and monitor service request turnaround.
