Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to support property operations.

Key duties include daily on-site maintenance, responding to work orders, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires basic tech skills and adherence to Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Help enforce community policies and safety standards.
