Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician in the Denver area to maintain building exteriors, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure all work aligns with company standards for safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, managing materials and inventory, and documenting all service activities for tracking.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document all service requests clearly to enable proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning, painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

State and Local jurisdiction certifications
