Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, ensuring safety and overall functionality.

You will diagnose defects from resident requests, complete the make-ready process for vacant homes, manage materials and inventory, document work, and assist with grounds maintenance. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recovery certification is required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• State and local certification requirements apply for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventive maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and punch list completion.
• Manages materials, tracks inventory, returns unused items, and coordinates with maintenance supervisor on re-orders.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Valid driver’s license
