Job summary

Asset Living in Florida is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities in the Winter Park area. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and participate in make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

The role requires daily onsite presence, basic computer skills, knowledge of safety guidelines, and the ability to respond promptly to resident requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Perform regular community maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines and policies.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
