Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, cleaning and grounds care, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety inspections, and helping implement a preventative maintenance program while upholding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: Regular on-site attendance is required and tasks include cleaning, trash removal, and maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform daily clean up of exterior areas and maintenance of common spaces; inspect for hazards and safety risks.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and assist in make-ready tasks as directed.
• Assist in operating and maintaining pool areas, logs, and safety protocols; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Represent the community in a professional manner and support Property objectives.
