Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist with maintenance and make-ready tasks across our communities. You will perform daily grounds and common area maintenance, respond to work orders, and help ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

The role requires on-site presence and a focus on resident satisfaction within a fast-paced property management environment. Experience in basic maintenance, customer service orientation, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws will help you

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform make-ready duties to ensure units and common areas meet operational standards.
• Maintain daily cleaning and grounds maintenance, including exterior areas and pool related tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and observe safety standards.
