Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property under supervision. The role entails routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance, and supporting the make-ready process to meet operational targets.

You will work on-site, with regular daily attendance and a focus on customer/resident relations. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity are expected.

Responsibilities
