Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance processes.
• Ability to maintain a preventative maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
