Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. Daily onsite attendance and ability to perform physical tasks are required.

The role supports Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, maintains grounds and common areas, and ensures timely responses to service requests. Strong safety awareness and basic software skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and routine upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and cleaning standards; assist in preventative maintenance as directed.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in inspections and tasks.
