Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes across the property, under supervision. You will handle routine and cosmetic maintenance and support the make-ready process in line with operational objectives.

Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds care, responding to requests, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. A strong emphasis on safety, OSHA guidelines, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and routine groundskeeping tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in safety practices, inspections, and hazard prevention.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
