Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Porter to support maintenance at our Florida community in Leesburg. The role includes corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle grounds and building upkeep, respond to service requests, and assist in make-ready processes while following safety rules and applicable housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic work.
• Perform on-site cleaning, grounds upkeep, and common area maintenance.
• Respond to resident and management work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in make-ready processes and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at community.
• Support supervision in inspections and report hazards.
