Job summary

Asset Living seeks a dependable Porter to support maintenance at a Winter Park, FL community. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, assist in make-ready tasks, and handle resident requests under supervision. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and Fair Housing laws is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in tasks and on-call emergencies.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
