Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant apartments, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure MSDS/OSHA compliance.
• Lead service team and coordinate with vendors to manage budget and schedules.
