Qualifications

• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Develop standards for community cleanliness and upkeep across buildings and grounds.
• Inspect work for quality and ensure contractor compliance.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and stay within budget.
