Gallery Residential seeks a Community Director to lead the on-site team at a multi-family property in McKinney,TX. You will align operations with owner goals, drive leasing, budgeting, and revenue strategies, and maintain high standards of service and compliance.

You will engage residents and owners, supervise staff, and implement processes to enhance value, occupancy, and market competitiveness. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to company culture.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with progressive responsibility in property management.
• Experience leading on-site teams, leasing, budgeting, and owner relations.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and financial reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team and set goals through daily huddles and mentoring.
• Manage client/owner relationships, property tours, and updates on performance.
• Develop budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing data.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, and insurance certificates.
• Drive marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy/revenue targets.
• Ensure maintenance meets safety and appearance standards; supervise staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
