Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated maintenance experience in property settings.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS regulations required.
• High school diploma or GED; college/technical degree preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assist with and complete work orders from resident requests; diagnose defects and repair per policy.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units; schedule vendors and inspect work.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and interiors.
• Periodically inspect service work and contractors for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and ordering supplies within budget.
• Assist in budget development and cost-control measures.
• Complete monthly Preventative Maintenance procedures.
• Lead safety meetings; ensure OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Demonstrate strong resident relations and service mindset.

Ausbildung

High school diploma or GED; college/technical degree preferred

2–3 years apartment maintenance experience

OSHA standards knowledge; MSDS regulations

Effective reading, writing and communication

Tools

EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

Certified Pool Operator (CPO)

Certified Spa and Pool Operator (CSPO)

Valid driver’s license
