Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform routine property maintenance per policies.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect property's grounds, exteriors, and common areas to meet standards.
• Schedule inspections and ensure safety compliance and training.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools within budget.
• Assist in budgeting for repairs and capital expenses.
