Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, manage service requests, and uphold safety standards while delivering excellent resident service.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and supervision of staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and compliance.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budgeting under Community Manager guidance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and safety training.
• Promote customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
