Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and vendor coordination alongside the Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. A safety‑minded leader with strong customer service is a fit for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and liability concerns daily.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed; on-call emergencies as needed.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance input to staff and reports to Community Manager.
