Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for our communities. You will manage staff and vendors to ensure timely service, safety, and high-quality upkeep across properties.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, OSHA awareness, and HVAC knowledge. On-call readiness, basic computer skills, and reliable transport are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum requirement).
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills expected for on-site software and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and supervising maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce repairs.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance; promote safe work practices.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community and manage vendor relationships.
