Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for our community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety standards and resident satisfaction.

This hands-on role requires daily on-site presence, staff supervision, and efficient resource planning under the Community Manager. A high school diploma and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing laws are required, with opportunities for professional growth and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and community features daily to reduce hazards.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence under Community Manager guidance.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• Participate in on-call emergencies; ensure timely response and resolution.
