Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations, safety standards, and staff performance at a busy community. You will coordinate service requests, schedule repairs, and ensure units and common areas meet quality standards.

The role requires on-site presence, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing basics, with a focus on resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and safety standards at the community.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs and make-readies.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and compliance with OSHA/EB safety guidelines.
