Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a property and oversee staff and vendors. You will coordinate service requests, manage safety practices, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently to uphold community standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing rules. This is a full-time role with on-site duties and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed daily.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to prevent hazards.
• Maintain inventory and manage budget for maintenance supplies.
