Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a community. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

This role requires daily onsite presence, coordination with the Community Manager, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance operations including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Coordinate and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Maintain records for service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
