Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across a community, overseeing service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff, manage vendors, and ensure timely make-ready and repairs.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge is a plus, and you should be proficient with on-site software. OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community facilities and units.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards or liability concerns.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
