Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across communities. You will supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety and OSHA compliance, respond to service requests, and maintain property standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. The role emphasizes customer service, budget adherence, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Onsite attendance required for daily operations.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to minimize hazards.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
