Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations at the community, coordinating staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. You will lead a team, respond to service requests, and maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance while controlling maintenance inventory and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong maintenance management knowledge and ability to supervise staff.
• Must be able to respond to service requests, schedule work orders, and supervise vendors.
• Strong customer service mindset and safety awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and coordinate work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance (OSHA).
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure quality.
