Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our community, ensuring timely service requests, preventive maintenance, and staff coordination. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Plan and monitor inventory and budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Ensure safety standards compliance (OSHA).
• Maintain records of service requests and work progress.
