Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property. You’ll ensure safety, compliance with policies, budgets, and timely completion of service requests, unit turns, and safety inspections.

You’ll mentor a maintenance team, respond to emergencies, manage work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold curb appeal and resident satisfaction across all property areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and standards.
• Review and track service requests; ensure timely completion and address chronic issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly as per Avenue5 policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections and ensure timely unit turns.
• Oversee emergencies and participate in on-call rotation; monitor safety and risk management.
