Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company policies and regulations. You will supervise the maintenance team, handle service requests, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and curb appeal for residents and guests.

The role includes managing budgets, coordinating with the property manager, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Manage service requests and unit make-readies.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Review progress of service requests and address chronic issues.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Conduct weekly property walks and supervise safety and risk management.
