Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, perform essential repairs, monitor safety, and help keep property grounds clean and curb appeal.

This role also involves budgeting oversight, coordinating with the property manager, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly as per Avenue5 policy.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and grounds.
• Ensure work orders are completed timely and meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Daily inspect property grounds, buildings and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage property emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety and risk management.
