Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company policies and regulations. You will manage the maintenance team, handle service requests, and uphold safety standards across the property.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, inspecting grounds, and maintaining budgeted costs while delivering excellent resident service. A valid driver's license and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and coordinate with the property manager as needed.
• Manage work orders and monitor budgets to keep costs within property budgets.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold Avenue5 safety policies and procedures.
