Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations at the assigned property. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, and contribute to the property budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing unit turns, overseeing repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional resident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and service requests.
• Ensure unit turns meet make-ready standards and safety requirements.
• Manage emergencies and on-call maintenance issues per policy.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Inspect and repair walls, cabinets, doors, and tiles as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance such as painting, lighting, sprinkler, elevator work.
• Maintain work order accuracy and timely completion to standards.
• Conduct weekly property inspections and coordinate with leadership.
