Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance, oversee vendor work, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations at the assigned property. You will coach the team and ensure safety while maintaining curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will manage service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry, monitor costs, and ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding quality and safety standards for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry.
• Manage safety, risk, and compliance with local, state, and company policies.
• Maintain cost controls to keep maintenance within budget and mentor the team.
