Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. The role includes managing service requests, coordinating with the property manager, and maintaining safety and curb appeal.

The successful candidate will have strong carpentry and general maintenance skills, plus experience in a property management setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are completed.
• Monitor safety, risk management, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with property manager to stay within budget and meet maintenance standards.
• Inspect property grounds and units for safety, cleanliness, and timely upkeep.
• Mentor maintenance team and support on-call operations.
