Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and ensure property compliance with policies and regulations. You will manage service requests, track issues, and supervise the maintenance team to uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with property leadership, monitoring costs within budget, and mentoring staff while promoting excellent resident service and curb appeal at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills expected.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and current auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage service requests, make-ready standards, and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor budgets and ensure costs stay within approved limits.
• Supervise maintenance team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with property leadership on safety, emergencies, and on-call duties.
