Pennrose Management Company is seeking a Leasing and Resident Services Coordinator for our Foote Homes property. You will market and lease units, coordinate events, and provide resident services under supervision, ensuring a smooth operation.

Your role involves maintaining market awareness, handling applications and deposits, and delivering exceptional customer experiences at the property location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in multi-family property management or similar setting.
• Experience with LIHTC/Hope VI and HUD programs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses and tours.
• Assist with resident services programming and events.
• Maintain market knowledge and competitive property information.
• Manage leasing流程 including applications and deposits.
• Handle inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support monthly accounts payable/receivable activities.
