Job summary

Pennrose Management Company in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Property Leasing Coordinator responsible for marketing and leasing assigned properties, resident services, and implementing policies under supervision.

You will coordinate leasing events, manage applications, support the Property Manager, and maintain records, with frequent travel between properties and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-family property management.
• Knowledge of HUD programs including HOPE VI and Section 8.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing events such as open houses, realtor tours, and resident promotions.
• Assist with development and implementation of resident services programming.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions affecting leasing and operations.
• Manage property’s answering service and ensure excellent customer service.
• Notify residents of tenancy issues and assist with evictions as needed.
• Maintain deposit and rental collections and accounting records.
• Lead property tours and track referrals, inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Prepare leasing checklists and ensure all forms and deposits are in order.
