Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to perform daily property maintenance, care for landscaping tools, and assist the maintenance team. Responsibilities include keeping exteriors clean, preparing units for make-readies, and supporting community events to uphold court standards.

Requirements include at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call with extended hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work on call and extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of all property areas to meet standards.
• Assist with community functions and make-readies as needed.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep/blow breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and vacant apartments.
• Assist with pool maintenance and water plants; maintain sprinkler system.
• Mow, trim, reseed, and prune lawns and trees; manage drainage.
• Distribute notices and support maintenance team as directed.
