Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our communities and support the maintenance team. The role includes cleaning common areas, assisting with make-readies, and performing landscaping duties to keep properties in pristine condition.

Requirements include at least one year of full-time related experience, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license. Spanish is a plus; on-call hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time related experience required.
• Proficient English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property exterior and common areas meet Valiant Residential standards.
• Assist team with community events and make-readies.
• Pick up litter daily; sweep and blow breezeways.
• Clean around dumpsters and vacant apartments; maintain mail and pool areas.
• Assist with pool maintenance; water plants; maintain sprinkler system.
• Mow, trim, reseed lawns, prune trees and shrubs; manage drainage.
