Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of the property, assist the maintenance team, and perform groundskeeping tasks. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with residents and team members.

Responsibilities include cleaning make-readies, maintaining landscaping areas, watering plants, and assisting with pool and common-area upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of full-time related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the appearance of all property areas meets standards at all times.
• Assist the maintenance team and support community events.
• Pick up litter daily and sweep/blow breezeways.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and vacants.
• Assist in make-readies and other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Water plants, maintain sprinkler system, and assist with pool areas.
