Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, assist the maintenance team, and support make-readies. Responsibilities include cleaning, lawn care, plant watering, sprinklers, and waste removal to keep properties presentable for residents.

Requirements include at least one year of related experience, robust communication skills in English, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work on call and extended hours. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to interact with residents and team.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks and work on call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of property grounds and common areas daily.
• Assist maintenance team and support community functions.
• Water plants and maintain the sprinkler system.
• Perform make-readies and cleaning of units as needed.
• Sweep, blow breezeways, and remove litter daily.
