Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pick up litter daily and sweep areas.
• Clean areas around dumpsters and make-readies.
• Maintain sprinkler system and water plants as needed.
• Mow, trim, reseed, and plant as necessary; prune trees and shrubs.
• Assist with distribution of notices and make-readies.
