Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring a General Manager to lead a student housing property with a focus on operational excellence and guest experience.

You will drive staff development, financial performance, and customer experience while ensuring safety, compliance and quality standards. The role requires 3+ years managing living communities and leading teams, with strong vendor and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).
• Strong vendor management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: attract, hire, train, and lead team members; ensure staffing and on-call readiness.
• Property Administration: manage community policies, emergencies, vendor relations, and legal coordination.
• Facilities & Capital: oversee safe, clean, compliant property operations and capital projects.
• Annual Turnover Process: plan and execute turnover with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Financial Performance: manage budgets, expenditures, revenue targets, and cost controls.
• Customer Experience & Sales: uphold brand standards, monitor feedback, drive leasing targets.
